1. Course Enrollment & Fees

All course fees paid to TEI Bangalore are considered confirmation of enrollment. By enrolling in a course, the student agrees to the terms mentioned in this refund policy.

2. Refund Before Course Commencement

  • A full refund may be considered if a written refund request is submitted before the course commencement date.

  • Refund requests must be sent via email or submitted in writing to the institute.

3. Refund After Course Commencement

  • No refund will be provided once the course has started.

  • This includes cases where the student does not attend classes, discontinues the course midway, or fails to complete the course.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Absence from classes

  • Missed sessions or personal scheduling issues

  • Failure to meet course requirements

  • Any unused portion of the course

5. Course Cancellation by TEI Bangalore

  • In the rare event that TEI Bangalore cancels a course, students will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to transfer their fees to another available course.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
